On Friday, May 1, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Progressive Communicators of Washington, D.C. (PCDC) is hosting a free “communications for nonprofits” clinic for organizations serving the local DC/MD/VA communities. PCDC is a volunteer professional development and networking group of communications experts who are committed to progressive causes and organizations.

Based on your application (below), eligible organizations will be matched with one or more of PCDC’s seasoned professionals to help each client organization address its current communications challenges.

The morning will include expert presentations on use of media outreach and strategic communications to advance your mission and development goals; one-on-one consultations; and networking opportunities. Lunch will be provided. This event is free of charge because PCDC wants to support local nonprofits doing good work in DC/MD/VA.

Schedule:
9:00 – 10:00 a.m.               Presentations on use of Media Outreach and Strategic Communications
10:00 – 12:00 p.m.            One-on-One Consulting
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.               Lunch & Take-Aways
